Is Fido & Friends licensed, insured, and bonded?
Absolutely! We are a licensed LLC and we are insured and bonded through Next Insurance. You can go about your day worry free knowing your pets are being watched by someone you trust.

When do I give you my keys?
We do not take keys from our clients. We require our clients to leave them in a lockbox or other secure location we can access when we come to your home.
How do I schedule?
It's easy! Schedule any time on our website, by email, or phone. You can go ahead and schedule a service or schedule a free consultation if you'd like us to meet you and your pet and discuss more details. We want to give you the best experience possible.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand things happen. That's life! We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. Same-day cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee. You can read more about our cancellation policy on the Terms and Conditions page.
What types of payment does Fido & Friends accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal and checks. Please make all checks payable to Fido & Friends.
What about off leash walks or going to the dog park?
Dog park socialization is great for your pups, however any off leash activities put your dog and us in situations with a lot of uncontrollable variables. Your pet's safety is our first priority! We will give your dog lots of play time, walks around the neighborhood, and love.
Can you administer my pet's medications?
Definitely! We can administer oral medications and give injections. We will talk to you about any special needs your pet may have during your free consultation.
Do you offer any packages or discounts?
Yes, we can discuss dog walking and pet sitting packages during your consultation. We also offer a discount to anyone fostering dogs or cats. We'd love for you to refer us to your friends, family, and neighbors. If you refer our services you'll receive 20% off your next service.
I don't have pets, but need someone to watch my house while I'm gone. Do you provide that service?
We do! We will make sure your home stays safe while you're away. We can collect your mail, water your plants, and bring in packages. We even have a cleaning service referral program. Check out our house sitting page for more info.
Do you provide your services on holidays?
We are closed for national holidays. National holidays include Christmas, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
